You may change a lot of parameters. Most of them are like in a real experiment. However you are allowed to add as much thermal noise as you like and you may scan as fast as you want.

Click on the red line in the panel and turn it into the direction you want.

The parameters to change are:

  • ms P/L: speed of the measurement
  • Offset[#]:
  • Size[nm]: zoom in/out
  • Angle: angle of the measurement
  • Noise[nN]: thermal noise
  • [#p/nN]:
